Ernest Performance Membership and Club Fitting - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ernest Performance. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our facilities and services. By using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Ernest Performance if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. General

1.1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern the use of Ernest Performance and all services provided within the facility.

1.2. Responsible Use: Patrons are expected to use the facility and equipment responsibly, following all safety guidelines provided.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1. Booking Process: Bookings can be made online through our website, or in-person at the facility.

2.2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Custom golf clubs require a 50% deposit with the balance being owed at collection/shipping of the clubs.

2.3. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.

3. Equipment Use

3.1. Trackman Simulators: Patrons are responsible for using the Trackman simulators in a safe and respectful manner. Any damage caused due to misuse will be the responsibility of the patron.

3.2. Footwear: We require shoes that are free of dirt, mud or grass to only be used.

3.3. Club Use: Patrons must bring their own clubs, please ensure that the clubs are clean and free of dirt, golf balls must only be the provided Titleist Golf balls.

4. Conduct and Safety

4.1. Safety Briefing: Patrons are required to attend a safety briefing before commencing membership at Ernest Performance.

4.2. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol must be purchased/gifted from Ernest Performance, no outside alcohol is permitted, any form of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

4.3. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the facility.

5. Liability

5.1. Liability Waiver: Patrons acknowledge that they are participating in activities at their own risk and release Ernest Performance from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during their visit.

5.2. Insurance: We recommend that patrons have their own personal liability insurance.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Data Collection: We may collect personal information for booking and marketing purposes. We will not share or sell this information to third parties.

6.2. Security: We take measures to secure your personal information and ensure it is not misused.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. Amendments: Ernest Performance reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Patrons will be notified of any changes.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
